Kit Merkley is a seasoned sales leader and founder of Frontline Sales Ops, a Phoenix-based consulting firm dedicated to helping small and midsize businesses build the sales systems, processes, and confidence they need to achieve sustainable growth. With more than 15 years of experience in sales management, enablement, and team development, Kit has built a career on empowering others to reach their potential through structure, accountability, and meaningful relationships.

Before founding Frontline Sales Ops, Kit led high-performing sales teams across multiple industries, specializing in transforming underdeveloped sales functions into efficient, results-driven operations. His approach combines hands-on leadership with proven frameworks that make professional-grade sales management accessible to local business owners who may not yet be ready to hire full-time sales executives.

Driven by a passion for small business success, Kit launched Frontline Sales Ops to close the gap between enterprise-level strategy and main-street execution.
