That’s why we’ve built the Frontline Referral Network—a coalition of trusted partners including bankers, accountants, attorneys, marketers, recruiters, and consultants—who share our mission to help small businesses grow with structure and confidence.

The Frontline Partner Rewards Program

We believe collaboration should create value on all sides. Through our Partner Rewards Program, eligible partners earn recognition and rewards for introducing business owners to Frontline Sales Ops.

 

Here’s how it works:

  • 15% of your referred client’s first paid invoice (for initial services such as Process Maps, Audits, or Starter Suites)

  • 10% of all additional services that client purchases during their first three months

  • You can choose to receive your reward as cash or as a donation made in your name to a local Arizona small business nonprofit

Eligibility:
The program is open to approved partners in eligible industries such as marketing, business consulting, recruiting, sales training, and technology services.
Because of professional restrictions, Attorneys, Bankers, and CPAs may instead participate through our Donation-in-Your-Name Program or co-marketing partnerships—ensuring compliance while still recognizing your contribution.

  3. After our discussion, you’ll receive your partner toolkit—including client-facing materials, referral tracking details, and next steps to begin working together.
